Unlike other companies we experienced, The Canadian Security Team has not raised the subscription price since we used the service many years ago. Several times when the alarm was accidentally triggered, we received calls promptly from the Company to investigate. The caller was usually polite and pleasant. I am more than pleased with the camera installation at my residence. The manager was more than helpful in helping understand how to operate the camera. The technician did an excellent job with the installation and was courteous and friendly. More than that they provided me with peace of mind in a stressful situation. No words can express my appreciation. I would highly recommend CST to anyone needing that type of service.

For months I have been reviewing the security of our church and have had no response from the company who currently has the contract. Two weeks ago I went searching for another company. In that short time the Canadian Security Team has met with me more than once, assessed our needs, and has presented a proposal which must as yet be approved by the church Council. I am totally impressed and recommend them.I continue to be impressed by the patience for my questions and the response time. I asked for a last minute estimate in order to go to a meeting in a couple of hours and I had it in lots of time. Service!

Have been with CST since 2004. The alarm service is very dependable and the customer service is excellent. Over the years I have had to call every so often for changes on my end and I find them to be very helpful and quick to reply. Monitoring rates are also low compared to others on the market.
