We switched our phone system over this year with Cozzmic and we're very happy with both the new system and service that they provide. The initial change over was more complicated than expected, and switching over to an internet based phone system ended up not working out for us at our location. We had a few false starts and lots of questions initially, but Rob and his team at Cozzmic were very attentive to troubleshooting and setting us up with a great phone system that in the end is more cost effective and works much better than what we had before.

i have worked with Rob on a few projects for some of my buildings. i always received 5 star service! Rob is very knowledgeable about the systems they use and install, and always go above and beyond for my clients. from taking extra time to go over all the functions with my Board members, and myself. I highly recommend Cozzmic to all my fellow employees and anyone who is looking to get any work completed to their buildings.

I switched my phones to Cozzmic last winter and have not regretted the decision for a minute. Rob and his team get 11 out of 10 for their customer service. We have had top notch service with a smile any time we have asked for adjustments, needed assistance or asked stupid questions. Switching to Cozzmic will be one of my best decisions for 2018.

We have moved away from our Bell Analog Phone System with a new system provided and installed by Cozzmic. The assistance along the way with some training and assistance was second to none. We have been up and running and the Support Portal used for small requests is answered very quickly. An excellent experience with awesome customer service!!

Rob from Cozzmic has been fantastic from start to end. He helped our business transition from leaving one of the 'big phone companies' to his phone service.We have saved monthly since we have switched and we are enjoying many of the newer features that come from his phone system. I have been a client of Cozzmic Communications for 3+ years now. I first became a client for my home phone needs. I was tired of dealing with Bell and Rogers and always getting the runaround. Cozzmic provided me everything I needed and then some ... for less.I then had Cozzmic Communications setup our office phones. We were looking for an option that was attractive in price but came with all the bells & whistles. Their small business phone system did just that.If you are looking for a great phone system for office or home I would highly recommend Cozzmic Communications.
